Sessions
are by phone and by appointment with you calling me.
In person or email sessions can also be arranged.
Sessions
are 1 hour in length a week with a minimum
commitment of 3 hours or 3 weeks.
Research, review and development are outside the
coaching sessions and will be billed on real time
used.
Payment
of 3 hours minimum is due prior to the first phone
appointment; your first 3 hours are prepaid.
A
“Retail Coaching Questionnaire” should be filled out
prior to our initial phone call and sent back to me
for review.
Session
and client information are confidential.
Coaching
sessions include all areas of concern and are custom
designed to address the retail client’s needs and
concerns.
Retail Makeover
Coaching On-Site
Sessions are at the retail clients location with out
of pocket expenses such as travel, mileage or
accommodation paid in full by the client.
Sessions are minimum 4 hours in length.
A retainer is paid prior to your first session to
secure the date selected.
Research, review and development are outside the
retail makeover on-site session will be billed on
real time used. This is always done with the
client’s knowledge and approval before starting.
Prior to the on-site, you will receive a “Retail
Coaching Questionnaire” to complete and send back
for review.
On-site sessions designed to include all areas of
client needs and concerns.
